8. Data protection for minors
ARNEDO CUP informs that minors under 14 years of age may not provide personal data through the website without prior authorisation from their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
If personal data from minors without proper authorisation is detected, ARNEDO CUP may proceed to its immediate deletion.
In sports activities, events or competitions organised by ARNEDO CUP involving minors, personal data and images will be processed in accordance with authorisations provided by their legal representatives and applicable regulations.

ARNEDO CUP adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security according to risk and to prevent loss, alteration, unauthorised processing or access to personal data.

ARNEDO CUP reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or operational changes.
